Ryan Sallows is an experienced education professional. He has a strong background in youth, community and business partnerships, school-to-school support and further education. Ryan has been a governor in secondary and primary schools and an FE college group where he has supported all these institutions during Ofsted inspections to ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ judgements. During Oriel’s 2019 Ofsted inspection, Ryan met with the lead inspector on both safeguarding and Pupil Premium topics helping the school to sustain its grading of ‘Good’. Ryan is a trustee of a local Sussex charity that supports disadvantaged children.
