Ifrah Khan is a teacher and an English and DEI Leader at Loughborough Primary School, situated in Brixton, Lambeth. She has had experience teaching across London Boroughs and has led on curriculum design in her current school and more widely for the Borough of Hackney as a contributing writer of Hackney's Diverse Curriculum and for Lambeth Council. Her interests lie in acknowledging and challenging systemic barriers to education through developing racial literacy and understanding intersectional experiences of children, parents and the wider community. Loughborough Primary School has a high proportion of Pupil Premium (60%) and socio-economic disadvantage is an ever-present challenge faced by the school community.
