Dr Iro Konstantinou has worked at the Tony Little Centre since 2018 as a Researcher-in-Residence and was recently appointed as Head of Research and Impact. Her work focuses on teaching and learning, student leadership, character education, and how state and independent schools can work together to improve student attainment. She qualified as an English teacher before moving to academia where she has taught for a number of years.
