Ben works as a Deputy Headteacher with responsibility for Safeguarding, Disadvantaged Children and Key Stage 3 at Rainham School for Girls, a large 1700-student secondary school in Medway, Kent. He is also the TKAT ACE Regional Lead for both primary and secondary schools across Kent, including Medway and Thanet.
