Deputy Headteacher at Front Lawn Primary Academy in Leigh Park, a large council estate in the South of England. Currently leading the ACE programme (A Champion for Every Child) at Front Lawn as well as supporting TKAT South Coast Schools in establishing ACE in their schools. As a school we are passionate about supporting the 75% of our cohort who are Pupil Premium to find their passions and talents, love learning and leave us with excellent cultural capital.
