Kate has been a head teacher in a large primary - Front Lawn primary Academy since 2015 and works across the academy trust to lead Reading. The schools catchment serves a disadvantaged community with 75% pupil premium. She is passionate about ensuring that children from disadvantaged communities are given the same opportunities and achieve the same outcomes as other children nationally. Through a carefully sequenced curriculum that culminates each term in an authentic outcome, Front Lawn primary Academy ensures its children children grow and develop into conscientious citizens that have a positive impact on both our local and global community.
